We aim to send your order out the same or next day if ordered between Monday and Friday (9am-1pm).
If an item is not in stock, please contact us and we will inform you what the lead times are for stock shipments from manufacturers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
GUARANTEES
All equipment products sold by The Ding Dong Electrical Emporium are guaranteed for a period of three months from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise. This is due to the fact that although the products we sell are brand new devices they are sold to install in equipment that is old. The electrical items we sell are sold in new, working order but The Ding Dong Electrical Emporium is not responsible for any damage or injury by installing electrical devices. If you have any questions on warranties, installation then please e-mail or call us.
FAULTY GOODS
If you have received an item and it is faulty then please get in touch straight away. We will do our best to sort out any problem quickly. We will advise you of the return address details that you should send the goods to and send you a return label to print and stick to the box.
RETURNS
Some of items that we sell are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations in the UK which gives you 7 working days from receipt of the goods to cancel the contract and return them. These items include LCD screen upgrades, gadgets (such as speakers) and T-Shirts. There are some items which are not covered by the DSR's including Hardware that includes Software needed for it's operation. This includes the Gotek floppy drives as they are configured for each order.
If you do wish to return an item then please contact us and we'll give you the relevant information - buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us and also for ensuring they arrive back to us in good condition.
